Today, the media is all about Mitt Romney’s 14% tax rate for the past two years. My marginal tax rate for 2009 and 2010 was 28%. I haven’t sent my 2011 taxes to accountant yet but I expect to be in the same percentage. I’m feeling fucked today.

We usually pay around 30+% here. My hub pays more than some people earn in a year. It’s brutal. Your system down there is crazy when the rich don’t get taxed their fair share and the middle class carries the majority of the tax burden. It’s insanity. (Mind you, it could be quite the same here too, just not as publicized!)
And I thought I had it bad.
