“I don’t believe people die. They just go uptown. To Bloomingdales. They just take longer to get back.” (Andy Warhol)
My mother didn’t die. At least not yet. She was stabilized and sedated which allowed for a smidge of improvement. The plan is to keep her sedated for four or five days. She may get better. She may get worse. She may die. There’s nothing to do but wait.

Well if you are able to be with her… This may be a chance to say goodbye.
Hoping the best for her
my thoughts are with you.
I kinda like Andy Warhol’s take on death. Has your mother been much of a Bloomingdale’s shopper?
She will die. The question is when. No matter, it’s a very hard thing for you to go through. My thoughts are with you.
My mother never shopped at Bloomingdale’s. I just liked the quote.
Do what you need to do to get through this. Go or stay, whatever feels right to you. I hope she has a smooth journey. Big hugs to you!
Big warm hug to you. You are in my thoughts.
