The princess palace next door has been languishing on the market with its seven-figure price tag. Other houses in the neighborhood have sold the first day on the market because they were priced appropriately. The princess palace is not worth seven figures. A real estate agent friend told me it’s hard to sell a house in the neighborhood for seven figures without a master suite.
There have been two horrific hail storms in the last three weeks. Each time the trees and bushes were severely defoliated. It’s a wonder the trees have any leaves left on them. Each storm happened the day after the landscape service visited the princess palace. The driveway and front walk remained littered with leaves for a week. I’m guessing the nanny and housekeeper said it wasn’t their job to clean up the mess. Princess and her husband continued to drive over the leaves until they were ground up. Never mind the house was on the market. The grounds were a hot mess.
Princess was a real estate agent before she snagged her real estate developer husband. One would think a former real estate agent would know something about curb appeal. The princess palace has next to none. The storm damage didn’t help. The house will surely sit on the market until the price is reduced.
