These stunning examples of residential architecture have been built south of my neighborhood. All are located in an area that does not have covenants or architectural restrictions. If the city approved the plan, the house is built. The newer houses are in the $1.2 to $1.6m price range. And, yes, the title of this post is pure sarcasm.

You are kidding right? These houses are butt ugly.
I was being sarcastic. The new houses are pricey. I think they are all hideous.
That is what I thought
Well they are without a doubt boring with nothing to make them stand out or make a statement. And if I was paying that much money I would want to be more than 5 feet from the curb. I know I am in in a philly row home but we all do something to have our houses stand out a little from the others. Different strokes for different folks I guess
butt fucking ugly! tasteless expensive crap!
O Please…. High Dollar Track Houses… They were not built as Homes… but Houses… I live in a National Register Historic District, Bungalows and Mansions … my house was built in 1925… Its the Character of a Neighborhood that Adds to It’s Life…Homes not Houses
I’m thankful my neighborhood has an architectural review committee.
